Be specific. Name the software you have skills with and what you have actually accomplished on it, when. i.e. Quickbooks 2003 create invoices, enter payments Aug. 2002-current. MSWord have written/printed 4 term papers, 821 homework assignments and 4 anonymous love letters since my junior year of high school.
