I've got one of those users, the kind whose system i clean spyware and adware off of weekly....
anyway, he had a great idea this past weekend... "instead of saving files and printing them on Monday at work, I'll just print to the print server now, and when i go into work and plug everthing up, everything will print out then"
sooo... he came into work today and nothing printed. His print queue is empty. So i look in the windows/system32/spool/pinters folder and what do i find? I have a folder of 750 print jobs (each have an spl and shd file) and i don't know how to dump them back into a queue.
i did try copying one file to the print server like so --> copy fp00001.spl \\aegis\hp4100
but that just printed out garbage.
Any help?
