How to Resolve Washed-Out Screens on iPhone X

Does your iPhone’s display look distorted and blurred? Do not get alarmed; it might just be a glitch in the setting of your phone, and we will help you to fix it step by step. iOS has a filter setting on your device which can change the way your screen looks. You can change this setting completely or deselect it as per your preference. Let us show you how it is done:

Method 1 – Turn Off Color Filters

Step 1

Launch ‘Settings’ app & tap on ‘General’.

Step 2
Click on ‘Accessibility’.

Step 3
Next up, tap on ‘Display Accommodations’ → Tap on ‘Colour Filters’.

Step 4
Turn off the switch next to ‘Color Filters’.
This should bring back the normalcy of your screen. You can use this feature and adjust the colour filter suitable to you.

Method 2 – Hard Reset your iPhone

Step 1

For hard reset of your iPhoneX, press & quickly release 'Volume Up' button and same with the 'Volume Down' button.

Step 2
Once done, press & hold the ‘Side’ button until you see the 'Apple' logo.

Another easy fix would be updating your iOS software to the latest version. Apple releases updates frequently to fix such issues.
