How to resize (and lock) text size in Firefox?

I hate to admit it, but I am getting old. I'm 43 and I can't see the tiny text like I used to be able to. I own a 24" monitor, but @ 1920 x 1200 the text is still too small for me to read easily in Firefox. I adjust the text size (Ctrl + scroll wheel) and it works, but the next time I open a tab or new Window, it resets to small. I've tried using Ctrl + '+', and using View a clicking on zoom +, but it always resets to small every time I open a new Window or tab. Any suggestions?

You can set your own default font size in the fonts and colours area within firefox options. You'll probably have to uncheck the allow pages to override your defaults for it to work across the board.

Thanks. Apparently, I never set the 'Minimum' font size in the 'Advanced' section. Now, Firefox isn't resetting everything every time I refresh, etc...

-Thanks again, Ken
