how to remove this, need help!!!!

downloaded and installed a program from internet. now i tried to remove it from add/remove, it has error and can't remove it.
how can i remove it now???
OS is winxp.
 
If you can't remove it then why not restore to the day before you installed the program. Believe me it WILL be gone then.

Did the install complete successfully or could you have posibly deleted some files like the uninstall file. Can you post what the error is more specificly so we know were it is failing.
