how to remove my email address from being categorized 'junk mail' by hotmail?

since a few months ago, my email address has been blocked by hotmail and yahoo.
they categorize my email address as junk mails, and moved them the bulk mail/junk mail upon receipt, instead of inbox.
this has caused problems for me in corresponding with my friends... and they complained that they never received my emails.

anyways... since the email is from my domain name, i would like to write them (hotmail and yahoo) and clear things up, making them remove my email/domain from their black list.

so far i have found the way to do that with yahoo through http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/mail/cgi_bulkmail

up to now i haven't been able to contact hotmail or find a way to report my email address to be removed from their spam filter.

anyone knows their contact info, email, url, where i can do that?
i don't want this to keep on going.. it will kill me ><;;

The"This is not junk" tab at the top of the email.

Its moved there by default until your friends put you on their contact list.

i'll email them again and have them try it.
kinda troublesome that every one of them have to do it, but if it works....
