How to remove heatsink from Compaq PIII Xeon

Compaq uses two types: FoxConn screw-down and a Heat Pipe. Real buggers to remove. How does one get to screw beneath screw fastener?

I have a 5500, which uses screw fastener. Purchased a set of Heat Pipe type, usually for 8000 series, and want to convert.

I've only ran into the FoxConn, never tried to take the heatsink off the CPU module though, why would you wanna do that?

To clarify: I have a 5500 server and 8000-series CPUs. The two don't mixed without modification.
