How to remove heatsink/fan on a Ti4200?

Recently my hs/f died on my ABIT Ti4200 and i bought a new hs/f from svc. this one. .Text
and i am wondering if anyone knows exactly how to remove the hs/f on a ti4200 (abit)...

Make sure it isn't held on by pins (easy removal), if it's epoxied on then I'd stick it in the freezer (in an antistatic bag) for about 30 mins, then pry the HS off as shown in AWWB's link. I just took a heatsink off of a Visiontek Ti4600 tonight by sticking the thing in the freezer.

oi, when you attatch the video card cooler do you need a special compound? or will AS3 work? the stuff i put on my cpu's

AS3 will work, just don't be sloppy with it.
