For the life of me, I can't see how to get to the front case fan of my Cooler Master Storm Enforcer case. I've read the owners manual and Googled, all to no avail.

If someone who owns this case would give me a step by step, I'd sure appreciate it.

Well, I don't have the case, unfortunately, but it looks like a regular ATX case. Generally you have to remove both side panels first. Then, behind the front panel, you should see clips on both side that you can push to remove the front panel. On some cases there's a slot on the bottom that you can stick your hand in to pull off the front panel. You should be able to see the front panel mounting points after that.

Get them pliers in there and pop the whole front panel off... sometimes they can stubborn buggers, but off they come eventually.

This is old but since it is the top result and for those that may have the same issue.

This case isnt like a standard case.
There are 2 screws hidden behind the CM Storm Aluminum plate on the front. Remove that plate with simple squeeze tabs on each side.

Cooler Master makes so damn many case designs. Something about the Storm Enforcer borrows from the HAF 922, with the 200mm front fan intake. I always thought these CM 200mm fans were limp. Of course they're limp for low static pressure owing to their size and speed, but they don't have much of a speed range. I think I replaced mine with Bitfenix Spectre Pro LED 200mm. Yeah -- that's the one. Howsoever you need to remove the original fan, getting those things in the front case-panel was a bitch.

The Bitfenix comes with some long, odd-shaped rubber fan mounts. To me, it's important that the mounts separate the case-metal from the fan frame.

NZXT makes a high-CFM 200mm fan, but I don't think it's an LED fan, and the four mount points are a slightly different radius from center than either the CM or Bitfenix -- or the mount holes on the CM cases for that matter. So again, you have to invent a tricky DIY solution. I think I used wire ties cushioned with Spire foam pad.
