Yea, I know this is a bit odd even for ATOT,

I got a awesome poster but it was not sent to me rolled in a tube, but folded. Now I want to frame the poster but can't due to the unsightly fold lines. Anyone know of a way to get rid of these fold lines? I thought if I iron it in a specific way that may do it, but I'm just guessing on that one....

Who sends a poster folded? lol

Anyway, I think the iron idea might work. Just be gentle.

Iron would be what I'd try. I doubt you'll get the creases out though. The coating generally breaks when it's folded. You may get it good enough so it isn't that noticeable. You could also be creative. Cut the poster along each crease and frame it, then hang them all together on the wall. Not with perfect geometry, but close enough so one can see they all go together.

There is no way you will get them out.
A crease in glossy paper is permanent.
