How to remapping functions from FN keys

So I just got a sager 9130 and love the computer but hate the key board and the location of all the FN key stroke commands.

I am looking for a way to change the key strokes or keys for the volume, mute, and brightness settings but haven't been able to find a program that is simple enough to use, but also allows this function. I tried sharpkeys which is good for basic commands but couldnt get it to recognize the Fn + key functions.

Any suggestions on how to do this?

Can anyone tell me how to write a script to replace all the sager np9150 stock keys to th steelseries labeled fn key sets? If you can write an auto hot key script with all the functions replaced with a ctrl instead of an fn I'll even pay you for it. I've been trying to write it and haven't had much luck.

All I have working is volume up and down and brightness bound to the arrow keys and that's from someone else that managed to get it to exactly mimic the fn key functionality.
