I accidentally deleted a mounted VeraCrypt partition. It shows up as unallocated space. What is the best software to recover the partition? I have not done anything to that partition.

Do note that if it was on your system drive you do not want to save any files or install anything there until you can run the utility (you might be better off using the bootable rescue CD version burned to a flash drive using something like Rufus. Instructions are here.
If it is on a separate drive, you can probably use the Windows-x64 version. Unzip the file to a different drive and run the TeskDisk application in the folder it creates. Follow the above linked instructions to find and undelete the partition.
