i'm using a software NAT router (WinRoute) and i'm running icq on my client machine. i can connect fine, send/receive messages, and SEND file transfers. but i can't receive them. the people sending files to me say that they get the message "unable to establish a direct connection".
do i need to map any ports? how can i get this to work.
