got me a buffalo tech pc3200...been using hyperx pc3000

this is my setup A7N8X delux rev.2 , xp2100 dut3c

got my mult 11 fsb 200 vcore 1.7 cooling with sk-7

but not stable even with pc3200 relaxed timings......what am i doing wrong?

prime95 gives hardware fault. shouldn't pc3200 hit 200 fsb easy?

are you sure the chip isn't topping out? try lowering the mult to 9 and running @ 200 FSB.

gonna go for 200 again....

btw...could i run hyperx pc3000 and this pc3200 as dual channel mode? if i can, then both speed has to be as pc3000 becuz both ram speed has to be the same?

yeah many t-breds aren't stable at 2.2ghz with 1.7v (or any voltage for that matter)
try raising the voltage a tad and see if that helps
i wouldn't go above 1.85v tho, 1.8 if you wanna be extra safe

Well, that depends. If the HyperX can overclock to 200 MHz, you can do that. In my experience, however, nForce2's dual channel is very picky and you might not be able to run that configuration at those speeds. Nothing stopping you from trying, though.
