this is the portable cellular modem/router i have https://www.sierrawireless.com/products-and-solutions/routers-gateways/gx450/
i plug my laptop in and get online anywhere in remote shelters. the router has a page to configure in this format http://192.168.13.10:8000
it is a very specific port! the problem is that I forgot the exact port number. is there a program that can scan for it?
I have tried "Advanced Port Scanner" and that did not list any open ports on my router.
my last open is to reset the router to default but i would lose all my settings and that would suck.

Nmap:

Download kali linux if you are on windows as I do not know if there is a windows version (you can run kali as a live DVD/usb, or at least, you could at one point). That said, if you can only connect via wifi and don't have a wired connection, your wifi network card needs to be supported properly to perform network scans (i.e. it needs support for promiscuous mode, which not all drivers for cards support because many cards do not have support from their vendors for linux drivers and people had to reverse engineer drivers which "work").
