How to print a document without the white border?

When printing an HTML document the default way prints all text and images with a white background no matter what color is displayed in the browser.

How do you get a printout with the actual background color?

In internet explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options. Then select the Advanced Tab. Scroll about 3/4 of the way down the list and there is a Print Background colors and images selection.

Can you not set your margins in page setup to 0?

Also I think you can clear the headers/footers.
