How to play VOB Files?

I've got a Guns N Roses MTV rip from the mid 80's and I'm trying to view it. What do I need in order to view the .VOB files?

.vob is the format DVDs are in, so DVD-playing software (winDVD, etc) will play them as well. It doesn't put much emphasis on saving space, so if you're going to hold onto the video you might want to compress it a good bit using a DVD backup package such as Gordian Knot - www.doom9.org
