How to play Jones in the Fast Lane on a Vista?

I have an old CD that I think can be used with DOS or Windows 3.1. Any idea how to play it on a Vista?

I know they have a Flash port of the game now, but the voices weren't ported to the Flash version, so I can't hear the HR guy tell me, "Why're you asking for less wages?"

I used DOSBox to run it on XP, but haven't run it on Vista yet.

Actually, when I run setup in DOSBOX in my Vista64, the response from the CD is that I need to run it in Microsoft Windows. I assume they mean Windows 3.
