I have two games i'm DYING to play again: Star Control 2 and Relentless: Twinsen's Adventure.

Any way to set up the sound card with Twinsen's?

Where can I find the IRQ and the DMA settings of my SB Live Value card in the control panel?

Do i need DOS SB Live drivers? Am I going to need a DOS emulator?

Try doing a search for VDMSound. It should let you play DOS games with sound under a windows nt base kernal OS. It doesn't work flawlessly though. 🙁
 
I seen some of the failures in the link to cgonline, and some of those work under VDMsound. Another place to check is here.
