How to Peel Hard-boiled Eggs w/o Peeling

how exactly do you slow boil something? lol I've heard of a slow simmer but not a slow boil. I hate hard boiled eggs but I want to try this.

I don't get So's comment, this doesn't look like some tom foolery black magic to me.

Totally looks like a slight of hand with another egg that he tosses.

Fresh eggs are easy to peel. If it's hard to peel, it means the egg's not very fresh. There's no special science, baking soda, or pH balance crap to know about.

It's the other way around. Older eggs are easier to peel.

all i know is when i go to eat it, i smash both top and bottom, and then roll it around and the pieces come off in one try.

🙂 Now I'm going to ruin your day by making you realize that it's virtually impossible to peel a fresh egg (that's been hard boiled) At least, not without peeling a lot of the egg away with it.
