How to overclock my GPU?

I am good at OCing my proc, but is there software that stresses the GPU to test how hot it gets? And where do I go to increase clock speeds for the GPU?
Its a Nvidia 8800-Series.
 
3DMark 05-06 is a good temperature benchmarking program, and NVTempLogger can keep logs of your temperatures. I'm pretty sure you can use RivaTuner for the 8800s to OC, or you can just use the nVidia Control Panel.
