how to overburn?

hi, I have a file that is about 716mb big, and I want to put in on the CD. Is there any way I can burn it on 80min CD?
If not, anyone know where to buy 90 minutes CD ?

well, you need software (such as nero) that supports overburn

also, you need a decent cd writer. what kind do you have?
 
Clone CD also does over burn. But then again, only if your CD R/W supports it.
