There are a few small screws on the back, but otherwise all the edges of the case are sealed with those pop-rivet type things. Is there something I'm missing?

As usual, this one could be answered without posting if you'd just RTFM... OR do a SIMPLE search on dull's site... I found this item in about 30 seconds using their search function. Of course, since I DON'T have a dull, and you didn't specify if it's a mini tower of SFF system, it might not be your specific computer. BUT, you CAN enter the service number (it should be on the outside of the case) and find the exact same documentation if your pet ate the ones it shipped with.

hahaha he/she sounds like me. (Akira34 that is ) Except without the pizazz....and it's a little dry for my taste. The whole "Dell" "Dull" thing was kinda funny. Overall I give it a 6/10.

Bump, or you could use an axe. A couple good whacks and it's open. It might not work well, but since you want to open it up something must be wrong (nothing new there though). Ha Ha!

I think, if its anything like a 4500, there should be a plastic "button" on top of the case near the back. You should be able to press down the black plastic, and the will probably open the plastic sides.

Typically if the case exterior is mostly metal with a plastic front, then you would open it up like any normal case. If the case exterior is sheathed in plastic, on the top and bottom of the case there are buttons near the back, you lay it down on the motherboard side and press the buttons. If you press her buttons right, pleasure will^H^H^H^H^H er, ahem, been downloading too much pr0n. Anyways, lay down the case and press the buttons, then the case will open up like a car hood.

Has anyone noticed something about these Dell cases... I've come across a few that were loose so that you didn't even have to push the buttons to open it up. Maybe a design flaw, or maybe people just forced it apart too many times because they couldn't figure it out? Also, what's the deal with the motherboard/case having five slots in the rear? ATX is seven, mATX is four, flexATX is three, miniITX is one... WTF is five???
