how to open a 35.9MB .txt file

That HTML file is only like 17megs, not 450....i downloaded it. Was planning on getting all 450. but to my dismay it's a mere 17MB. how can you confuse 450megs with 17megs?

I am pretty sure notepad++ from www.download.com has no limitation on the size of the text file that you can open

That file is indeed 450 MB. I have downloaded the entire thing and burned it to a CD for reference!

i did manage to get it open in DOS but I got bored after about 5 minutes. Who dug this thread back up? It's atleast a month or two old. I was quite surprised to see it.

That html site/file doesn't download fully for most people. Before, I got ~20mB of it.
