How to obtain receipt for tips received?

I'll cut to the chase here

I've been making an average of $75 a week in tips at my job for the past 5 years, but I've never reported them as income and I've obviously never had any receipts for getting them.

Is there anyway I can make an official receipt with my boss to show this as income?

Does your boss track your tips? If not, your boss would have no basis for writing an accurate receipt.

No we don't, however we both know for a 100% FACT that i've received at LEAST $75 a week. I know it's more than that but I thought it could be done with a conservative estimate of $75.

You don't need a receipt, just report them as you see fit. In an audit, the IRS cant find an exact amount anyways, but they will know something is up when you report $0.
