How to O/C a Radeon A-I-W?

I have an Epox 8k7a+ with an Athlon 1.4 @ 1.6 (12x133) Sisoft Sandra showed that the o/c'ing gave me significant improvement (+15% in the Dhrystone results), but 3dmark2001 only showed about a 3% improvement.
I have not yet done anything to my Radeon A-I-W 32MB card. My primary use for it is capturing, but I'd like to maximize its usefulness for games, too.
any suggestions as to how to get better graphics performance?
