How to mount MB in P180/182

Dumb question of the day....title says it all. Are the little screws in the small plastic bag marked "MB only" the right ones? Pictures I've seen look like the long screws with the attached washers were used, but these screw all the way through the mounting plate, and I'm thinking they're for mounting the harddrives. Don't want to blow this thing up!
 
The long ones w/ the washers are for the Hard drives as they have to pass through a ruber gromet to isolate the drives, you use standard screws and standoffs w/ the P18X series cases.
