How to monetize a domain name?

I have a few domain names that get some clicks via Sedo.com. I end up getting about 25 cents (or less) per click--Sedo keeps the rest as their revenue.

How would I go about creating web page for these domains where I can get a higer rate per click?

filling ad space without using an agency is next to impossible unless your domain is yahoo or MSN, and even they use someone like doubleclick to fill unsold space.

The key is to use 3 or 4 agencies at a time. I currently use BurstMedia, ValueClick Media, and Casale Media as ad networks for my site. oh and I also use Google AdSense a wee bit. I can also direct sell ads (the most profitable of course, but least likely to happen, unless you spend a lot of time selling)

Theres also Tribal Fusion, which I have applied but they werent accepting any new sites in my category so I havent had a chance to deal with them, but have heard good things from other webmasters who have.
