how to migrate game data from xbox1 to 360?

You can migrate your Gamertag, but I'm pretty sure you can't migrate saved games from the Xbox to the 360.
 
I don't know if the 360 recognizes the game saves, but you can get them from the original to the 360. Transfer the xbox saves to your PC via FTP, then use a TRANSFER KIT and Xplorer 360 or the like, to get them to the 360. Again, don't know if it'll accept the saves format or not.
 
Adding to what Punisher said, one of the Xbox hacking sites i believe has the steps to make the gamesave compatible manipulating the file on your PC before copying to the 360 via the transfer kit.
It is possible, I know I really wanted to move my GTA:SA and Forza 1 saves to the 360, but buying that kit and editting the files seemed like too much work. 😀
