UPDATE: I guess i'll provide a little more background information for those who are concerned with the accuracy of the information i have on him. I've got a history with this guy. I used to work with him, and one night, he snapped at me for no apparent reason, and we almost got into a fight. But he didn't strike, so i walked away because i thought it was the smart thing to do. However, i no longer think i made the right decision by walking away, simply because there is no way a man can feel good about himself after backing off from a smaller opponent. He got fired several months later for other reasons, and i quit as well, but now he's back, so this is my chance to set things straight.

No no no... you aim for 4-6 inches in front of his face and make sound effects when it is going to hit, that way he gets all freaked out thinking you know video game kung fu which is the strongest kind available, once he realizes that he will back down and never bother you again. As an added bonus you don't hurt yourself actually hitting him.

As for the second part, you should put your thumb in your fist, that makes it just like holding a roll of nickles and makes the punch stronger, you know... more solid fist and all. This is only as a last resort if he doesn't know about the video game kung fu stuff and stop earlier. If you are going to punch him aim for the upper forehead as it is one of the weakest spots on the body and a sure KO.

Also do a lot of jumping backwards and forwards, indicating with your hands that you are actually flipping through the air. Accompany these motions with a "Nuhnuhnuhnuhnuhnuhnuhnuh" sound for added coolness.
