How to measure Monitor Radiation

I've heard that the radiation coming out of a monitor is bad for me..
and I'd like to know how those are measured and written in the spec.

Is there monitors that particularly has low radiation figure?

That's all a bunch of BS that has been pretty well discredited unless you have a monitor that is so old it has a vacuum tube high voltage regulator that could put out some low level x-rays. I haven't seen one of those in twenty years. Spend your time worrying about something a whole lot more serious like UFO's or astrology.
