Please tell me exactly how can I open a new IE window (by "Shift + click") that is already maximized?

The IE shortcut properties doesn't have 'run-maximized'

Lets say this is the Link. Now I want to open this Link in new window and I can't get it to open in Maximize mode.

Try maximizing the new window, close the old window, then in the new window hold CTL-SHFT and click X

One of those keys makes it open in that new position, I just can't remember which one, if you use both it should do it (provided it will even save it like that. it works on windowed stuff).

Unfortunatly you can't. But here is an awesome front for IE. Allows tabbed windows which are better anyway.

That's really cool Carbonyl. My only gripes are:
1. It changed how the standard IE toolbar buttons look
2. No google toolbar
3. No popup stopper

Well it has a popup blocker but I like using the program by Panicware. For Crazy Browser's popup blocker you have to define what sites no popups will come from, but with Popup Stopper you can just have it block everything except what you specify.

One other thing... it autosorts my favorites with folders first and page links second all in alphabetical order, and will show ones that I want hidden (like the "Links" folder with all the useless stuff in it, that IE automatically regenerates when you delete). That said I still like it and will use for the time being at least.

Proxomitron is the big dog of web filters BTW. You'll need about a day to read about all the stuff it blocks.

Also don't forget to adjust in tabbing options in advanced options menu.
