How to map drive in Home Networking?

Two machines each running ME for now. Used the "Home Networking Wizard" and have the access. But, I'd rather have the other machines mapped as drives. I know it can be done but, can't remember what the paths will be. Between the two is a Linksys Router connected to a cable modem. I've tried mapping using the name as it appears in the "My Network places" and as the IP address.

Any ideas???

you are talking about mapping shared drives on a networked computers to a drive on the local computer?

1) make sure the computers can ping each other
2) make sure you arent running firewall software, and if you are make sure you are allowing access for the other computers on the network
3) make sure the drives are actually shared
4) make sure (being that this is WinME ...98/95 has the same thing) that in the network properties (right click Network Neighborhood, or My Network Places whichever it is, click on properties) that each computer is set to Client for Microsoft Networks
5) If you are having problems logging in, make sure you log off as the current user and log on as the user that is logged in on the networked computer...so for example if the login USERX is on computer 1, computer 2 will have to login as USERX to get access to the drives...
