How to make the front fan work better?

The front fan in my case is at the bottom in the inside part, as the case have a plastic cover after the metal and a USBx2 bracket to use in the front panel the air that that fan may take SEEMS to be restricted and i think it is taking the asme air that it inside the case, in the back part i have an exahust fan appart from the one in the PSU, i would like to know what can i make to let than fan suck clean fresh air... avoiding making some holes to the panel beacuse i don't have the tools needed and it's pretty expensive to get them or pay to someone to make the holes for you, thank you very much

Either post a picture so we can see the problem or tell use the make and model of your case so we can look for a pic.

Build a duct so the front fan sucks air into a tunnel of sort and then into the case? Your description is somewhat confusing, pics would definitely help!

sounds like a cheap pos case, next time just buy a quality case. or buy a dremil and slice and dice. radial fans really are lousy at fighting any sort of back pressure/restrictions on airflow. heres a semi lousy example of how you could slice a hole in an old case🙂 it was a giant turd, the front bottom fan was encased in a holder that blocked most of the airflow on both sides of the fan. tiny tinyholes in the metal, and then the plastic in front of the metal was solid, except for a tiny slit at the bottom. it was a joke really, so i just cut through both metal and plastic and stuck a 92mm there. the rest is for sh*ts and giggles.http://www.fox302.com/index.pl?s=vg&user=oroooroo&category=cases i didn't finish it for looks, just quick and dirty dremil cut.
and of course the silver case is the clearly superior chenming/antec series of tower cases you probably should buy and dump ur old case for. 2 front intakes, 2 rear, one side. and fans are not blocked..the metal grills are thin. case quality build very good, attention to detail, drive rails, spacious, easy to work in etc...

for the front fan, i dont think there is anyway besides drilling in your case.

for the back fan, im not sure what you are really asking, but if you it to suck clean fresh air into the case (intake),
visualize with me:

1) create a cube with paper, cut 2 of the sides off (sides must connect with each other), and place one of the opening sides to the exhaust of the power supply fan and the other opening side should face up.
2) change your exhaust case fan into a intake fan by flipping the fan.
3) this way, power supply will remove hot air and direct it towards the ceiling and the intake fan below it will bring in fresh air.

im not sure if this is what your asking, but if it is, good luck!
