How to make pup ups?

Yeah, I know what a wierd question... I know theres a way to make pop ups come up on a computer but I can't find out how. Theres this kid at my school that spams pop ups on random peoples computer but he won't tell me how to do it!!! So if you know how to do this could you tell me... please🙂
 
What OS is your school using?

About 4-5 years ago, we had a sub in my high school CS class and we used something in Novell to scare the sh!t out of her. She got the principal involved as well 😉

winpopup.exe or something like that. dont think it works unless the reciever has it open though

I might try the net send thing in my schools library. Those computers are win xp. I just gotta be careful since the library nazis are alwasy on patrol.

For a pup UPS, you need to hollow out the pup, insert a dry-cell battery. poke some sockets into the back, and string a power cord through the tail. Arf!
