The following is actual ways to make money on the internet:
1. Make a legit site that provides real answers/information to problems and bank off ads, or ecommerce.
2. Make a landing page based on a product review and use your affiliate link to make people purchase the product.
3. Make a legit ecommerce website
4. Make a bullshit website and rank it for a low competition keyword and blast the whole page with adsense and a bit of relevant information for the keyword.
5. Make a squeeze page and get a bunch of emails and then blast their emails with offers through affiliates
6. The majority of making money on the internet is based on terrible scams, and no heart practices. If you want to make money legit on the internet you are going to have to provide good content, learn seo, and wait.
 
Depends where OP is from. Making a few bucks a day online could be considered a decent living for some people and there certainly ways to do that.
