How to make Layer-menu's on a webpage

well if you look at the source code you can get an idea howt hey did it. Combine that with some good google searches & you could probably figure it out. I'd tell you, but I don't know myself. My guess is it's either some sort of ActiveX or Javascript thing, but not quite sure.
