how to make delicious and healthy ramen

hey peeps. back when i live in barbados, i just got out of school and just setup dentistry and health clinic. i was very poor at start, and i did what many college students in america do, eat ramen.

i probably tried and made whole lot of recipe, but i will share my most prized one. it is very healthy, unlike regular ramen, and it is fit for the gods among men. i have a friend who's training to beat usain bolt, he eats this. there is no meat in this becuz in america they put too much chemical in it like steroids. the only time in life u want steroid is right before competition, if u must use it, and cortico kind for skin.

recipe:

1 package of nissin ramen (shrimp flavor if u have meat withdraw problem)
2 cup orange juice concentrate w/ calcium
1/4 cup tempeh
2 teaspoon salt and curry powder for spiciness
handful of chopped kale

directions: cook noodles until texture is what u like, then toss in oj tempeh, kale and spice, cook on high for mabe 5 min (or until tempeh is softer) and then pour into bowl

why is this best? gives you carb, vitamin and best quality protein and calcium all in a good ratio

oj in plastic is expensive in america, so i would use the frozen kind, it's fine. tempeh u can get in chinese store for cheap...i found in normal store but they over charge

healthy and taste refreshing

enjoy 🙂

edit: ps - feel free to share ur recipe too. oh, and just becuz i'm not poor now, doesn't mean i don't eat it now. still have it for lunch and sometimes late night snack, for some reason i don't feel bloated in morning when i eat this before sleep, although stuff like sandwich does 😕

I'm recently graduated. Instead of being a poor college student, I'm just poor now. I will try this, sir.

tempeh i like to tell people is like "whole wheat" version of tofu
it is fermented so a lot of bad things ppl say about tofu is corrected

it is tougher, but acid of orange juice soften it

tempeh

Once in a while I'll chop up a smoked sausage, boil it until it's done, and then throw a few packs of pork or beef ramen (feeding four)

Tempeh is like tofu but more fermented?

I can't describe it. Imo, I'd rather use fish cakes.

Stir Fry Ramen:

Cook ramen until al dente: literally maybe 3 minutes in the boiling water.

In a skillet, brown up some ground beef. Add ramen in with soy sauce (to taste), frozen veggies and a bit more oil if the noodles are clumping.

Soy sauce has enuogh salt that you dont have to add more but you can if you want.

oh ur right rage 😕 i got tea and table mixed up! yah, i don't recommend soup package, its for peeps who want meat taste. but even with it in, it's not that bad becuz of other ingredients. like miso soup has extremely high amount of sodium, but japanese don't have many probs becuz of stuff that is with it.

sonambulo: ya, reeel stealth when it tell u wat time u edit...maybe wait a bit for response first next time

not testy at all bruuh, relax, just sayin cuz i got slow internet, take time to post. try da recipe and relax 🙂

i am tasty tho...so if ya ever wanna me to cook... 😕
