Can someone point me to a website or a program that'll help me make counterstrike maps?

Me and my friends want to make a map of our neighborhood and school and stuff.

Come on, how hard can it be to find this on the web?

Start with www.counter-strike.net -- they have a hosted maps site, I believe there's also a mappers forum on c-s.net. Also try www.halflife.net or www.planethalflife.com ... try searching a little before you ask.
