How to make Bootable CD

My problem is that I have a ghost.exe file that I can easily run with the assistance of a boot floppy disk but I don't know how to run it without the aid of the floppy boot disk.

I was just wondering if anyone knows of an easy way to make a bootable CD that I can use to run a program (ghost.exe) off the same CD.
