just buy sheet metal...cut it up into a "flower" with 4 leaves, then fold the leaves up to close the sides of the box. probably kinda ghetto but it'll work.

Hell, I just went to my local auto supply store and asked for heat riser tubing(or air intake tubing would work)It's flexible, cheap, and easy to work with.
