How to make a link on your webpage that will refresh the browser?

I have my forums setup using frames... When you refresh the page it just reloads the whole set of frames. I want to add a link to the header of the forums that users can click to refresh the listings. Any way to do this? Will it work in all browsers?

I don't want to convert it to tables just yet... Frames seems to look better for what I'm trying to set up.
