How to limit throughput?

Is there a utility built into Windows 2003 Server that allows me to throttle throughput? I'd like to throttle one of my servers to 1Mbit per second to simulate a WAN connection at work.

Any way to do that with what's builtin windows 2003?

Thanks

Just pinch the cable and vary your pinching hardness for different speeds.

But seriously....

you might see if there is a feature in your router/switch for bandwidth throttling.

Or something like this.
