how to limit bandwidth?

I have a 5mbps line and I want to delegate 768kbps amongst 2 computers, leaving the rest to me. I have a DI-604 hub and I don't think it has the function of limiting bandwidth through IP/MAC address, so what software out there can I use that will allow me to do that?

Thanks.

Thanks for the reply, Jack. Stupid question, but are there any freewares for such a task? If not, i'll look into NetLimiter.

I do not know about any freeware.

And Netlimiter is the only None server one for pay.

Why?

I do not have a clue (which is unusual coz usually I have too many clues 😉.
