Are there any applications or Firefox plugins or anything that will let me limit the bandwidth on my PC? I want to take my broadband connection and tune it down to 56k speeds for website development (testing to see how long web pages take to download, how they load, etc.). Any suggestions? Maybe a Windows ethernet tweak?

No, looks pretty good though! Bummer it's pay for, but if it works well, I may shell out for it. Thank oog!

If you're using one of the DreamWeaver suites, they have "Emulate connection speed" in the profile settings.

Other than that, nothing offhand that I know of. :(
