In the U.S. anyway, pretty much any well-equipped marina or yard has a Travelift, which is a big, cubical, twin-sling crane specifically designed to put boats in and out of the water. They operate on a u-shaped pier where the frame straddles the water. Quite interesting to operate once you get over being twenty feet in the air, and get used to the controls.
@Baked, don't think we were witnessing a christening in that video. They likely were just putting her back in after the spring work. Typically you have to haul them and at least touch up, possibly replace, the bottom paint, and check the zincs.
