I have always been an avid supporter of the 'duct tape' diet. Just apply some duct tape right over your mouth for a few days and just watch those pounds melt off ... 😀
eat till your satisfied not until your stuffed. Try to stay occupied, most people end up munching between meals because there bored. And get out and do some activites. Run, walk, some sports whatever floats your boat.
Uh, don't spend all your time on your computer visiting Anandtech forums. Advice? The usual. Eat enough to fill you up (healty foods of course) and get plenty of aerobic exercise and possibly weight train.
1)eat a light breakfast, skip lunch, eat light dinner
2)turn your computer on less per day (or sit less in front of it)
3)excercise on the weekends, or after work during the week
