How to ...introduce yourself to a woman you have never met before?

Situation:

In a store at a mall standing in line. You see a beautiful girl outside glancing at you. As you exit the store she starts walking in the direction you where headed. She then enters a store.

Do I follow her inside the store? (filled with perfume and cosmetics)
Do I wait outside and keep an eye on her?

And when I do enter the store... What the hell do I say or do ?

I'm such a shy SOB that needs help with his social skills. :/
