I know it requires to a different kind of disk format in order to install Win2K, but how do I do that? Still use FDISK? Or other program is required?

The easiest way to install Win2k is to boot off the CD. The install process has its own partitoning and formatting utility. Once you have booted from the CD the setup program will automatically run and give you the chance to setup your drive the way you want to before installing

What exactly does booting from the CD mean?

Using the CD as the boot disk, instead of using floppys? Or using floppys to idenitify your cd drive, then running winnt.exe?

Using the CD as a bootdisk.

If you can't, you can always download the bootdisks from Bootdisk.com, or make the bootdisks off the cd... damn 4 disks!!!
