How to identify SDRAM: PC100 or PC133?

I have some SDRAM a 256MB stick that came out of a K7t Pro2 Mobo and I need to tell if it's PC100 or PC133. How do I go about doing that? I don't have another machine available to just drop it in..

There are 2 places that there are markings on it:
on the side of the PCB there is written: HJ(circled) MI 94V-0
and then on the chips themselves are 3 lines:
0026 2-2
MT 48LC16M8A2
TG -8E B

Any ideas? I tried a Copernic search and came up empty handed.
thx
